And yesterday I cut some rhubarb and have been wondering and wondering how to make a pie without using any sugar. Then, as I hollowed out the pineapple this morning I wondered and wondered what I would do with the fruit.
Voila! I put the extra pineapple in the rhubarb pie. Ha, ha. First try for that, too. Took the pie out of the oven about five minutes ago.
I think tonight I'll probably stuff myself with delicious treats, or go to bed hungry. Could go either way...
